WEHL will provide your group a free program to help you bring balance to your life through cooking (nutrition) and/or enviromental (a healthy home or workplace). For Christian outreach groups, all of our programs use scriptural references.

We believe that God created us to live long, healthy lives.
We believe that though God is in charge of our health, each of us must respond and take responsibility.
We believe a healthy lifestyle includes spiritual health, environmental health and nutritional health.

Our progams are age appropriate and focused on enabling you to make a difference for yourself, your family and your friends. Though this may seem overwhelming, our programs introduce easy and inexpensive steps that you can implement today. The focus will be:


Programs are generally 1-2 hours and can be geared to your group's needs. We do specialized programs for:

We are continuing our Healthy Homes, Happy Homes campaign that we started in 2007 in partnership with Healthy Child, Healthy World (www.healthychild.org).

This is a specially designed interactive program for school-age children. The program is flexible with age-appropriate content.

Building a Better Nest Building a Better Nest
This is a specially designed interactive program for new and soon-to-be parents.

Topics include: clothing, bedding, furniture, paints, toys, etc.

Healthy Workplace Campaign
In 2008, we launched our Healthy Workplace campaign.

This is a specially designed interactive program for employees and employers designed to educate about potential toxins in the indoor environments of workplaces and homes. The goal is to empower individuals to start taking steps towards a healthier indoor environment. Many of these steps are economical and easy to implement, it just requires awareness to make informed choices.
