Step 1: Pre-evaluation
Because health is our primary focus, at no cost to you for residences and at
a nominal charge for workplaces, we will review the occupants' interviews and diaries to determine if it is likely that
the indoor environment is a potential problem.

Step 2: Walk-through and Initial survey (starting at $150 - travel costs may be extra)
Visual inspection including basic testing as needed to develop hypotheses of
potential pollutant sources (air, electromagnetics, moisture, toxins, etc.) and pathways that may be leading to adverse health
effects.
Step 3: Home/Workplace assessment (starting at $300 - travel costs and lab fees
extra)
Extensive testing and sampling using industry standards to prove or disprove
the hypotheses of Step 2. Report and follow-up support will include
recommendations. See

Step 4: Consultation (to be determined)
Guidance regarding mitigation planning and effectiveness, as well as material
selection for building and decorating is also available.
